This is due to both a decrease in the number of eggs retrieved and an increase in <a href=\"https:\/\/progyny.com\/education\/chromosomal-abnormalities-miscarriage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chromosomal abnormalities<\/a>.
